The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) will be presenting a webinar with Getting Hired called “How to Support Individuals with Disabilities throughout the Talent Acquisition Process.” The webinar will share the top questions that JAN receives from employers about hiring individuals with disabilities. Topics included will be an overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it pertains to talent acquisition, tips on how to identify accommodations for individuals with disabilities, and interview and onboarding accommodation tips for employers.
