The American Dream Employment Network (ADEN)  is a network of both service providers and employers who work together to employ people with disabilities.   This network provides a starting point for all individuals and allows the services to be directed towards this program.

“The American Dream Employment Network (ADEN) is a solution-oriented administrative Employment Network (EN) model. We provide support to American Job Centers, Employers, Community Rehabilitation Providers and other interested Community Partners, from across the country, in providing high quality services to Social Security disability beneficiaries through Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Ticket to Work program.”

“At ADEN, we are commited to advancing the employment goals of Americans with Disabilties. We do this through serving three populations:

Employment Service Providers: Agencies that provide employment services to job seekers with disabilities are invited to become ADEN Members. Members represent state and local Workforce Investment Boards, community rehabilitation providers and other qualified and interested community partners across the country.

Job Seekers: If you receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits and are between the ages of 18-64, and you’re ready to return to work, we are here to support you. Whether you are entering the workforce for the first time, returning to work or currently working, ADEN can support you in your efforts.

Employers: ADEN is committed to working closely with employers that are interested in diversifying their workforce, as well as federal contractors hiring individuals with disabilities.”
